Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY INFORMATION
FROM THE CROSS currently ships internationally to all countries except Russia and Belarus. Delivery times we provide are only intended to serve as a general reference and may not account for any potential delays caused by factors such as payment authorization, product availability or customs delays.
Our standard order delivery times are usually as follows. During peak periods, please allow additional processing and dispatch time.
United States 1 - 5 business days
Europe & United Kingdom 6 - 10 business days
Rest of the world 7 - 15 business days
Please note that we comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) for packages arriving to or within the EU and Northern Ireland which may affect shipping times.
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed. Once your order ships, an email will be sent to you including the tracking number. Additionally, you can find the tracking number and monitor your order's progress in your account's order details or on the carrier's website.
If your order includes one or more items on pre-order or with different delivery date, we will send all items in bulk at the latest specified delivery date. For orders with special delivery instructions, you can find relevant information on the product page.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipment cost is automatically calculated based on the customer's location and detailed during the purchase confirmation, always subject to customer approval before finalizing the payment.
Orders placed outside the European Union, United States, or United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that these charges vary by country. Furthermore, if you fail to pay any applicable duties or taxes without reasonable cause, resulting in the liability being passed to us, the carrier, or any third party, the amount of such duties and taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
FROM THE CROSS has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to ship it back to us for a refund or store credit. Any claim regarding product delivery must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued, as we currently do not offer exchanges for national or international orders.
To accept the return, the product(s) must comply with our returns policy:
- The Items must be defective or damaged or incorrect.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes or dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
Any parcels returned after the specified timeframe will be rejected and sent back to the sender. We do not accept cash on delivery returns for any reason. The sender is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the product..
We do not accept returns for reasons other than our own fault. Reasons your return may be denied will be:
- Changes of mind
- Incorrect orders made by the customer
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

The return shipment costs will not be discounted in the refund. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Failure to do so will cause your package to be returned to the sender.
