Order and Estimated Delivery Date
From the Cross may list items with an estimated delivery date under various scenarios, including but not limited to, items currently out of stock, new items awaiting stock arrival, or future inventory replenishments of items. While we make every effort to provide accurate estimated delivery dates, these dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to change due to factors such as production delays, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be charged at the time of purchase, and by placing an order, you expressly agree to the immediate charging of your provided payment method.
The estimated delivery date will be displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. However, please be aware that this date is only an estimate and may not reflect the actual delivery time. Any changes to the estimated delivery may occur without prior notice.

Cancellation and Refund
From the Cross reserves the right to cancel orders at any time (a “Discretionary Cancellation”). In the event of a canceled order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Delays and Accuracy of Estimated Delivery
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery date, please understand that it may not always be accurate. From the Cross is not responsible for any delays, and the estimated delivery date is subject to change. Shipping may take longer than expected due to unforeseen production or supplier delays.
If an item or items are not shipped within 14 days after the original estimated delivery date, you may request the status of the affected item(s) by emailing our customer support team at info@fromthecrossus.com. We will provide updates via email regarding the status of your order.

Refunds
From the Cross does not offer refunds for delayed orders unless there is an issue with the product, such as a missing item, incorrect item, or damaged product. If your order contains incorrect or missing items, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
