RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Store credit will be issued for products returned in new condition.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery through the Redo Returns portal at the link below for U.S orders:

Any international order return/exchange request must be sent to hello@fromthecrossus.com with your order number, reason of request, and any other relevant information.

If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting this to us, please include images of the damage and an attachment of the SKU on the polybag packaging your item arrived in. Once approved, From the Cross will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 14-day period, From the Cross is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, we will be unable to fulfill your request.

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must have no wear and tear, stains, or other signs of excess usage.
  • Return shipping costs will be subtracted from the store credit total you are issued once we receive your returned items.
  • Please ensure all returned items are well packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Use the Redo Returns website and label to send back your return. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to properly locate and process your return without the generated label.
  • Please use your Redo Returns shipping label within 7 days of its creation.
  • Store credit will be issued within 1 week of your return being received by our warehouse. If there is an issue with your return upon arrival, our support team will contact you.
