2. INCORRECT ITEMS: IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM OR YOUR ORDER IS INCOMPLETE, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL RECTIFY THE MISTAKE BY SENDING THE CORRECT ITEM OR ISSUING A REFUND.

TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, A DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE, AND ANY RELEVANT PHOTOS. OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW YOUR REQUEST AND GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE RETURN PROCESS IF IT QUALIFIES.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR REASONS OTHER THAN OUR OWN FAULT, SUCH AS CHANGES OF MIND, INCORRECT ORDERS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER, OR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR ALTERED. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT.

WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY FROM THE CROSS GIFT CARDS, ALL PURCHASES OF GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL. IF YOUR ORDER QUALIFIES FOR A REUFND OR RETURN AND THE ORDER WAS MADE WITH A FROM THE CROSS GIFT CARD, WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND TO SAID GIFT CARD AND ONLY SAID GIFT CARD.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY REFUND, RETURNS, AND OR EXCHANGES IF WE SUSPECT THERE HAS BEEN CUSTOMER INFLECTED DAMAGED OR NO DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE TO THE PRODUCT(S) AT ALL.
