When will my order ship?
Our products ship 5-12 days after the payment has been confirmed and accepted. (Bank/national holidays and or observation days may affect fulfillment and delivery time.)
Will I get an email with my order details?

Can I cancel my order?

Why is my order taking so long?
If you have placed an order and it has taken more than 12 days to ship, there may have been a delay with shipping, payment, or order fulfillment, please contact us at support@fromthecrossus.com for more information on your order. Please note our shipping time is a maximum of 12 days depending on holidays and or observation days.

Why did I not get all my items I ordered in my package?
If some of the items you ordered are not in your package there may have been a delay with your item, Please don't be afraid as your item will be delivered 1-3 days after the first package. If you are still having problems with your order please don't be hesitant to contact support@fromthecrossus.com. If your package was separated it may be due to: Order Delay, Product Delay, Shipping Provider Delay, Items in order being in different warehouses, etc. We strive to give the best delivery experience available and are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.
